Never mind that the military commisions at Gitmo have been an abject failure. We have successfully prosecuted way more terrorists in civilian courts who are rotting in jail right now....

Depending on what they did, I am fine with it also. ain't a ****** like soetoro wanting to try terrorists in the US judicial system. Some folks deserve a military tribunal. That is the ones that survive their Allah moment....
