Because I wrote this, Dim. let's apply a little common sense. Every prosecutor presents evidence in a trial. If "evidence" is the exact synonym as proof, then EVERY defendant will be found guilty, because according to you, every prosecutor has presented "proof."...

Why did you cherry pick that one phrase and ignore the last word in #1 which is 'proof?' Or the part of #3 that says 'data presented to a court or jury in proof of the facts in issue?...
