do you have some reason to presume that 'unspevified' heavily skews towards assault weapons? Cause actually it would seem the opposite. If someone is killed by a .223 its pretty distinctive...

what? stats are irrelevant. all assault weapons are rifles not all rifles are assault weapons. Its definition....

Prove that the stats cited make that claim....

because assault weapons is a subset of rifle label...

They why is he citing stats for "rifles"? And disregarding stats for "unspecified weapons"/  ...
