That only shows how STUPID you are. The SC has no jurisdiction over impeachment and wouldnt take any such case   The HOUSE has SOLE jurisdiction over impeachment and the Senate has SOLE jurisdiction of impeachment trials  ...

And your point is? Do you have an issue with people who took an oath to be fair and impartial jurors conferring with the defense team? I've pretty much watched the whole thing and I have not once seen any Democratic Senators conferring with the House Managers (prosecution team).  ...
